COVID Safety

We look forward to welcoming you back to Progress Theatre and have put a number of measures in place to keep everybody safe.

For our socially distanced performances (see below), we ask you to wear a face mask (unless clinically exempt or under the age of 11) when you arrive, throughout the performance, and as you move around the building. You may remove it briefly to eat or drink. If you forget your mask we can issue you with one - a small donation is appreciated.

For most performances, we will be selling to full capacity. Box office and bar staff will serve behind perspex screens. Some external doors may be left open to increase ventilation, so you may wish to bring something warm to wear. Hand sanitisers will be available on entering the building - please use them.

Please do not attend if anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, or is showing any symptoms.

We understand that not everybody will feel comfortable in a fully booked auditorium, so for the time being each Progress production will have at least one performance that is designated "Socially Distanced". We will ensure there is one at least empty seat surrounding your booking. Please ensure you only book tickets for your household or bubble for these performances.
